1 Day Uganda gorilla tour arranged with primate Safari Experiences starts from Kigali Rwanda and it has border crossing through Katuna to connect to Uganda’s top visited national park of Bwindi Impenetrable national park mainly Ruhja Sector for a true wilderness experience of watching the mountain gorillas in the wilderness with English speaking knowledgeable tour guide from primate Safari Experience.

The drive from Kigali Rwanda to Bwindi Uganda takes approximately 3 hours including the border crossing via   Katuna border in Kabale to catch up with the gorilla briefing about gorilla trekking.

Upon arrival at the park headquarters, if time allows you will have breakfast tea and simple snacks and later proceed to the briefing about the gorilla trekking rules and regulations as set up by Uganda Wildlife Authority.  Once done you will embark on the trek into the jungle to start the search for the mountain gorillas with experienced park rangers as your guides.

Hiking time depends on the location of gorillas and their speed of movements. On reaching the gorillas, spend an hour taking photos and enjoy their company. After seeing gorillas, descend and drive back to Kigali for your return flight.
