The Drive from Kigali Rwanda takes 2 hours and 30 minutes as you arrive at the top life Safari place on the border of Uganda & Congo in Virunga Massif ( Virunga Mountains). Upon arrival at the briefing point at Volcanoes, you will take tea as they take you through the gorilla trekking rules & regulation for the conservation of the primates within the wilderness of Volcanoes National Park.
You will be allocated a gorilla group and then start driving to the starting point for the long waited safari activity of walking in the bamboo forest to search for the mountain gorillas as well as you may spot other primates on the walk.
